Inside, the space feels open and airy thanks to vaulted ceilings and a clean contemporary design. The living room flows into the dining area and kitchen, creating a comfortable central space to cook, gather, or relax after a day out in Austin. The home features three bedrooms and two bathrooms: a primary bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bath, plus two additional bedrooms with a queen bed and a full bed. Out back, the private backyard is centered around a heated & chilled plunge pool, giving you the option to cool off during Austin’s hot days or warm it up in the evening. Outdoor seating makes it an easy place to unwind, whether you’re starting the day with coffee or ending it with a night swim. Easily get around on foot, by car, bike, taxi, etc. This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties, loud gatherings, or disturbances. Please keep noise at a reasonable level throughout the day, and remember that after 9 PM no sound should carry beyond the property line in line with City of Austin regulations.
