The ground floor is a seamless flow from private gym to chef's kitchen to living room - each space bleeding naturally into the next. The gym is fully equipped for a serious workout. The kitchen is built for a group - wide quartz island, professional appliances, and enough counter space to actually cook. The living room is the heart of it all - dark walls, exposed beams, a gold equestrian canvas that commands the room, and a green velvet sectional that's as comfortable as it looks. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the pool like a painting.

Bedrooms

Three bedrooms, three completely different personalities.
The primary suite earns its name. A botanical wallpapered vaulted ceiling, a burnt orange velvet king headboard, a daybed with trundle sleeping up to 2 additional guests, a private balcony overlooking the pool, a walk-in closet with a vanity nook, and an ensuite spa bath with a freestanding soaking tub.
