There are 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms, featuring plush king and queen beds, ensuring restful nights for all guests, as well as 2 bathrooms. The unique "blue room" serves as a versatile space, combining entertainment and functionality; it houses an old-school Pac-Man arcade, a large TV for movie nights, and a work desk for those needing to stay connected. Easily get around by car, bike, taxi, etc. This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties, loud gatherings, or disturbances. Please keep noise at a reasonable level throughout the day, and remember that after 10 PM no sound should carry beyond the property line in line with City of Austin regulations.
