The bright living area flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen - perfect for slow mornings, casual dinners, or a glass of wine after a day in Austin. Bedrooms & Bath • Primary Bedroom – Queen bed with soft linens and curated details. • Guest Bedroom – Two twin beds, ideal for friends or family. • Bathroom – Full bath with fresh towels and modern finishes. Private Backyard Your own backyard sanctuary sits just behind the house: • Picnic table for al fresco dining. • Outdoor shower for a refreshing rinse. • Cornhole set for laid-back afternoons. • Grill to fire up your favorite meals. This home is the back house on a shared lot. Access is via a side path along the front house. Please note: the yard between the homes (with the pool, gazebo, and lounge areas) is reserved exclusively for the front house guests and is NOT included with this listing, and neither is the front house. If you’d like to book both homes together or the front house (subject to availability), please reach out to us. Easily get around on foot, by car, bike, taxi, etc. Please note that this listing does not include access to the front house or it's private yard located between the 2 homes. Guests will need to pass through the exterior walkway along the fence to reach the entrance. We kindly ask that you respect their privacy and keep outdoor noise at a considerate level to maintain a comfortable environment for everyone. This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties, loud gatherings, or disturbances. Please keep noise at a reasonable level throughout the day, and remember that after 10 PM no sound should carry beyond the property line in line with City of Austin regulations.
