Tucked in a private backyard but just minutes from downtown, it’s the ideal mix of Austin energy and easygoing retreat. Step into a camper that feels more like a tiny home than an RV. Inside, you’ll find a comfy bed and the dining booth easily converts into an additional sleeping area so the space can host up to 3 guests. Additionally, there's a dinette for meals or card games, a small kitchen for easy cooking, and a private bathroom with a shower. There’s also a TV for movie nights if you feel like staying in. Outside is where this spot really shines. Start your morning with coffee in the hammock, spend the afternoon rotating between the sauna, cold plunge, and pool, then fire up the BBQ or relax around the fire pit as the sun sets. String lights and lounge chairs make the whole space feel warm, welcoming, and perfect for winding down. Easily get around on foot, by car, bike, taxi, etc. The backyard and all amenities are shared with the homeowner. Prior to arrival, guests will receive a secure check-in link through our guest app. This includes a short-term rental agreement that outlines the same rules and expectations already disclosed in this listing. The owners live on-site in the main house and are happy to help if you need anything, but otherwise you’ll have as much privacy as you’d like.
