On the first floor, the bunk room with three twin beds sits alongside a full bathroom, while the main living area brings everyone together. The kitchen opens seamlessly into a bright lounge, and from there sliding doors lead straight to the backyard. The pool area is the heart of the home — a private retreat framed by lush greenery. Spend your days cooling off in the water, stretch out on a lounger with a book, or gather under the shade for long conversations. The BBQ grill and outdoor dining table make it easy to turn afternoons into relaxed evenings, while the firepit sets the scene for late-night gatherings under the Austin sky. Upstairs, the primary suite offers a king bed, with two guest rooms featuring a queen and a full. A second living space provides a quiet retreat, complete with a leather sofa, large TV, and a full workspace equipped with multiple monitors. Easily get around by car, bike, ride share or on foot! This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties, loud gatherings, or disturbances. Please keep noise at a reasonable level throughout the day, and remember that after 10 PM no sound should carry beyond the property line in line with City of Austin regulations.
