From the minute I walked in I felt right at home. I really enjoyed the rooftop being able to sit out there for a few hours and enjoy the weather. That was really nice coming from New York. Well designed and clean space 10/10 can’t wait to book again

Gorgeous house! My family and I needed a place to stay for one night in Austin after wedding dress shopping and this house was amazing!! Very spacious, a gorgeous and well stocked kitchen, and the living room was perfect for hanging out. The entire house was gated which was nice and the neighborhood felt safe. The bathrooms were great but the windows didn’t have any blinds or anything (there was like a shaded area about halfway up the window) so I felt *slightly* exposed as a woman when getting undressed to shower mainly since the homes are so close together but it didn’t alter my opinion or rating on this house, just something to be aware of. Still an amazing stay and I absolutely recommend it!

We loved this house. We had grandparents and daughters to gather when one of my daughters got engaged. Perfect location for walking to Lady Bird lake and Zilker Park. Lovely neighborhood close to South Congress and Lammar dinning and fun. House was perfect outdoor and indoor space. Peaceful and well appointed.

House rules

This home contains features that may be difficult for elderly and guests with mobility challenges - including climbing a set of stairs to access additional levels.

The pool is open year-round. Should you wish to heat the pool daily during your stay, there is a $50/day fee to heat the pool from morning to nightfall. If requested, the pool can also be heated for less than half a day at no additional cost.

Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort. Any evidence of pets will be subject to additional fines.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule of 10 maximum. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn't exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.
